相談を希望される際には、なるべく予約をとってから来所されますようお願いいたします。

予約なしに来所された場合であっても、司法書士が事務所にいて対応できる状態であれば、相談をお受けすることは可能です。
Even if you come to my office without reservation, it is possible that I make a consulting for you if I have enough time to do it.
予約のある方と、それ以外の方とが同じ時間帯に来所された場合には、予約のある方を優先させていただきます。

予約の方法 way of reservation
相談の予約は、電話かメールにて受け付けています。直接来所のうえ、予約していただくこともできます。

メールでの予約 reservation by email
メールによる相談のご予約は、なるべく下記のフォームをご利用ください(入力は日本語、英語、韓国語のいずれもOKです)。下記のフォームによらずに、携帯・スマートフォン・パソコン等から直接メールを送信していただいてももちろんけっこうです(この場合も日本語、英語、韓国語のいずれもOKです)。その場合には、①お名前、②ご住所(さしつかえなければでけっこうです)、③メールアドレス、④予約を希望される日時(予約可能な日時についてはこのページ下部にありますカレンダーを参考にしてください。)、⑤相談の内容（簡単にでけっこうです）を明記のうえ、kazu.ogu625@gmail.comに宛てて送信してください。携帯電話から送信いただく際に、迷惑メール設定によりパソコンからのメールについて着信拒否設定をされている場合は、当方からの返信メールが届きませんので、当該設定を解除していただきますようお願いいたします。

メールでの予約は毎日２４時間受け付けています。
You can make a reservation by email 24 hours 365 days.
ご希望の日時に予約が可能な場合には「ご希望の日時で予約を受け付けました」と記載したメールを返信します。これをもって予約成立となりますので、希望の日時に来所してください。ご希望の日時に予約が取れない場合（先約がある場合など）には、「ご希望の日時では予約をお取りできません」と記載したメールを返信します。この場合は、あらためてお電話かメールにてご予約をお願いいたします。
I will reply to you with an email that says 'your reservation has been completed' if your reservation is possible. Please come to my office at the date and time you wrote in your email.
I will reply to you with an email that says 'we can not accept your reservation' if your reservation is impossible. In this case, I'm sorry, but please make a reservation by email or phone again.
送信いただいたメールに対しては、概ね１～２日以内に返信のメールを差し上げます。
